PRICES
The quoted hire rates are based upon 6 persons sharing the caravan with site passes being fully inclusive. The price also covers gas, electric, water and access into the main entertainment and attractions. Some onsite attractions do incur a small fee such as the arcades and go-karts etc. An additional premium can be paid for more than 6 occupants up to a maximum of 8.
SPECIAL EVENTS
On certain dates throughout the year, special events are hosted on the Butlins resort which may require tickets. These tickets are not included within the hire price and must be purchased separately.
PAYMENT
A deposit of £100 will be required in order to secure your booking along with a completed booking form detailing all occupants of the caravan. The full outstanding balance will be due 21 days before the start of your holiday. In the event that the outstanding balance is not paid during this period, we have the right to re-list your booking and keep the deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon payment of the outstanding balance, a cheque for the sum of £100 will be required as a security deposit. This cheque will not be cashed unless there is reported damage to the caravan or surrounding areas during the period of your stay. Upon your return, the cheque will be sent back within a few days upon confirmation from Butlins that no damage has occurred. Please note that a £200 security deposit will be required for all Big Adult Weekend events.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
The keys will be available for collection at Guest Services from 4pm on the day of your arrival. You will still be permitted to arrive onsite and use the facilities on the day before the keys are available. On departure day, the keys must be returned to Guest Services or the exit gate by 10am. You will still be permitted to use the facilities for the rest of the day once the keys have been returned.
PARKING
There is one dedicated parking space adjacent to the caravan available for use by the occupants. Additional parking is available in the main car park. Please only park within the dedicated areas and not on the grass or roads onsite.
SMOKING
The caravan is strictly a non smoking environment. You are permitted to smoke outside the caravan but please dispose of cigarette ends accordingly and do not leave them around the surround area. If the cleaner reports smoking within the caravan, then your security deposit will be used to pay for additional cleaning activities.
DAMAGES
In the event that you find any damages upon your arrival or something is damaged during your stay, please report this to us immediately. Any replacement costs for damages may be taken from your security deposit.
REFUNDS
Cancellations will be accepted but booking deposits are non refundable along with cancellations within 3 weeks of your stay. We will endeavour to re-list your dates and if successfully re-booked, you will receive a refund minus the booking deposit.
