FAQ
1) Are site passes included within the price of the caravan hire?
Yes the rental price is fully inclusive of site passes for the length of your stay. 2) Are dogs and cats allowed onsite? The only pets permitted onsite are dogs but unfortunately we do not allow pets of any kind in the caravan. 3) Is smoking permitted inside the caravan? No sorry but smoking is not permitted in the caravan for insurance purposes. 4) What time can I get into the caravan and when do I have to leave? Caravan keys will be available for collection at the Guest Service desk from 4pm on your arrival day. Please note that you will still be permitted onsite to use the facilities before you have collected the keys. Keys need to be handed back to Guest Services or the exit gate by 10am on your departure date. Again you will still be permitted to use the Butlins facilities for the remainder of the day. 5) Do I need to take any houshold goods for the caravan? The caravan has a fitted kitchen with gas cooker/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and the usual kitchen ware. There is also a TV with built-in DVD and Freeview. 6) Why do I need to provide a cheque as security deposit? The security cheque is purely a way to cover any damage to the caravan or property within that might occur during your stay. This will be returned to you a few days after you get home on the basis that no damage has been reported. 7) How many parking spaces are available and are they close to the caravan? There is one dedicated parking space for use by the occupants and it is located adjacent to the caravan. For additional parking, the main resort car park is approximately 10 minutes walk. 8) Do you supply towels and bedding etc? Yes we supply 1x single duvet and 2x pillows for each single bed, and 1x double duvet and 4x pillows for the double bed. Sheets and towels are not provided so please bring your own for use. |
